The new tuck shop is in the student common room on the 4th floor of our Parliament House building and offers subsidised sandwiches, snacks, soft drinks and much more. The Café in Hannah House continues to provide hot food (again subsidised by the College) so students have affordable options for lunchtime in whichever building their lectures are taught.

British Study Centres Voted 'Star' School of Western Europe!
British Study Centres School of English, our sister institution, was voted top English language school in Western Europe at a glittering ceremony at London's Hilton on Park Lane in September 2010. British Study Centres beat thousands of other schools and colleges to win the coveted 'Star' award which is voted for by readers of Language Travel Magazine.
Students who study English ahead of their main course at WLC are taught by British Study Centres School of English staff at Hannah House, and can now be safe in the knowledge that they are being taught by the very best!
Relocation, Refurbishment and Refinement
During the period November 2009 to April 2011 the College will undertake a major construction programme which will involve the addition of a new administrative block in Duke Street (see map for location), refurbishment of the 2nd and 4th Floors of Parliament House, and the refurbishment of the 1st and 3rd Floors of Hannah House. This will give substantially more lecture room space at Hannah House, an improved Student Services facility at Parliament House, and a new internet facility and a 'tuck-shop' for the Parliament House student common-room. We now have premises to the north, south and east of Selfridges. Perhaps west is next (if we can persuade Marks and Spencer to move of course!)
