Virgin Altlantic Fares & Ticketing

These training programmes are aimed at people who aspire to the top jobs in airline ticket sales and therefore need the professional IATA qualifications that are a prerequisite for a successful career in the travel industry. (IATA approved travel agencies must have staff who have undertaken IATA approved training.)

The courses are delivered by experienced IATA qualified tutors using course materials prepared by Virgin Atlantic's in-house training team, the people responsible for ensuring that Virgin's own ticketing staff are operating in accordance with the very latest IATA specification.

The courses lead to Virgin Atlantic Airways qualifications which are very well recognised throughout the travel industry and can therefore be used for employment with any major airline (not just Virgin Atlantic) or any travel agency almost anywhere in the world.

The courses can either be taken part time or, during the summer, WLC runs 6-week intensive courses. Start dates and prices for both the part-time and intensive options can be found by looking at the details of the three courses.
