These hotels provide ideal field trip opportunities for our students as well as a wide choice of part-time or vacation work opportunities and also a ready source of industry professionals for guest lectures and demonstrations.

In addition, the course includes training on the Micros Fidelio computer software, as used by the Sheraton, Hilton and Holiday Inn hotel chains, which is a particularly useful skill for trainee hotel managers.
