Flexible Entry

Although it is expected that most students will join us for the Foundation Diploma in Fashion Design, for which no previous knowledge of fashion design is required, some will apply with existing qualifications and possibly commercial experience as well.

At the discretion of fashion staff at the College, and where necessary further consultation with Heriot-Watt University faculty, it may be possible for such applicants to be given advanced entry, eg directly into the Higher Diploma or even, in exceptional cases, the final year of the degree programme.
