How to Apply

Our flexible application process is designed to enable you to apply in the way most convenient to you

Online:

The College has an online application process that you are welcome to use by clicking below

Apply Online Now

We will then assess your application and reply with a Conditional Offer depending on your previous qualifications. NB. We will need to receive copies of these qualifications before this Conditional Offer can be confirmed.

In person:

If you are in or near London the best method is to come into the College and apply in person and benefit from help and advice from one of our friendly course advisors. In most cases we will be able to give you an instant decision on your applcation and you will be able to leave the College with an Offer Letter. You do not need an appointment to see a Course Advisor. The College is open 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) and you are welcome to visit at any time during these hours.

By email, fax or post:

If you are far from London (or overseas) you may prefer to send us your completed Application Form. To do this you will need to download one of the application forms below

NOTE: If you are having difficulty viewing these application forms in your web browser please right click on the links above and select from the download/save options which appear in the pop-up menu. You should then be able to save a copy of the PDF application form to your computer. If using a Mac without right click enabled use ctrl + click. Most modern computers are already able to open PDF files but you may need to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If possible you should send copies of your qualifications with your Application Form, but if you are unable to do this, perhaps because you are waiting for examination results, you can still submit the form.

All the instructions are on the Application Form.

The Application Process - How it works

NOTE: this guide is for UK/EU students. If you are not a UK/EU citizen please see our International Students Section

Step 01 »

Submit Application Form. First choose your course, and then complete an Application Form and send it to the College with copies of your qualifications. Please ensure you put your email address on the form. Advice on course selection can be obtained by contacting or visiting our Course Advice team.

Step 02 »

Receive Offer Letter. If your application is successful you will receive, by email, a letter offering you a place and an Enrolment Form, all bearing your Application Reference Number (6 digits). The Offer Letter gives the course start date and itemises the costs. The Enrolment Form will be needed to confirm that you accept the offer.

The offer might be unconditional or there may be conditions, such as the need for you to pass a Secure English Language Test (SELT). See further information on SELT requirements.

Step 03 »

Pay tuition fee deposit/accommodation deposit. Once you have received your Offer Letter the next step is to pay your tuition fee deposit as stated on your Offer Letter. Payment can be made in a number of ways. (See How To Pay for guidance). Please ensure your Application Reference Number is quoted and that the payment is accompanied by, or coincides with the arrival of, your signed Enrolment Form. (NB. If you require accommodation you should include an accommodation deposit of £400 with your tuition fee deposit).

Step 04 »

Apply for Student Finance (if required). UK & EU students are entitled to apply for Student Finance for all our bachelor's degree courses (but not diploma and master's degree programmes). Guidance for students wishing to apply for Student Finance can be found on our website.

Step 05 »

Notify us of arrival and accommodation requirements. Once you have paid your deposit you must let the Student Services department know if you require accommodation and/or airport collection. To do so just send your Accommodation Booking Form to us indicating your needs. We will then respond with further information and booking arrangements. (See accommodation options).

Step 06 »

Arrive at the College to start your course. You should report to the College on the course start date shown on your College documents. If you are delayed, and arrive after the date shown, please contact the College by telephone on arrival and you will be given instructions. If you have booked airport collection you will be met in the Arrivals Hall of the airport by a driver who will take you directly to your accommodation.
